Yeah, i read about that one earlier - but i think i would need to see the pilot before i can decide on it as at the moment the premise sounds a bit, well, boring.

Still, i can only mean BG is doing well if its creating spin offs!

Could be interesting. But look at how badly Star Trek did once they ran out of ideas and came up with the prequel Enterprise. Remember too that tjhe original Galactica had an extremely pants follow up series where they'd actually found Earth. We can but wait and see....

Its not due in the US until 2010, so I doubt anyone has rights yet.

I only watched a couple from S1 of BG but I have it all on dvd so one day ill play catchup. Maybe ill get em all watched by the time this is made lol

The extended pilot is out on Region 1 DVD next week (no sign of a date for R2 at Amazon.co.uk).
