wireless network gone mad

Its been a long time since posting on here but i know you are all a helpfull lot :),
My wireless network has decided (within the past hour) to stop working , when i look at signal strength it keeps going from 'excellent' to 'poor' to 'good' to ' out of network range', i havn't got a clue what is going on , i have rebooted everything , i am plugged in to one of the ports in the back of the router for internet now and it works fine but i need my wireless back :(
Any ideas ?

Re: wireless network gone mad

Have you tried changing the wireless channel on it? Sounds like bad interference to me :(
