Wimbledon - Equal Pay

What is CF's view on this?

If you ask me if they want equal pay then they should play the same number of sets as the men. You can hardly campaign for equal pay when you do less work.

Due to the fact that the men have to play 5 set matches very few of the top male players take part in the doubles tournament, whereas a lot of the top women players do - increasing their earnings.

I don't see why the women play less sets. After all, anything a man can do, a woman can do as well, right?
