Dropouts
 

Ever since the ntl tech guy "fixed" my digital tv my internet has been dropping out more than often. I mean before he "fixed" it.
As the digital tv would freeze up and such so he tightened the conections and put on ANOTHER filter...
Now my internet has dropped out 10 times in 5 hours...
I had this problem before he fixed it as well but not as worse!!!! Ever since he fixed tv the net has been crap

well not since he fixed it at 3:30 as i had work. im hoping this is a one off issue but if not i will phone tommorow.

Good plan, if they won't do any more about it (which they should) Im sure there will be someone here that can step in, but it needs to go through Tech Support first :)

does he have any chance of getting them to shift him to a SACM? i know he has a pace STB (hes told me before).

It couldnt hurt to ask, Neoapple, do you get your Internet through the Set top Box then?

he gets it though the Pace STB, hes told me over MSN ;)

Yes the dam STB box has caused me more trouble than its worth! If it freezes up i loose the net, and whats more anoying is my mate as sacm and he has had no problems..... and he lives like 10 doors away from me :(

And its not my belkin router as it works fine its just the STB or NTL being lame.
