Problems in North West London
My internet has been dead for about 30 minutes, but it's back up, just wanted to know if anyone else was having issues?

there must be issues as mine has been up and down all day maybe i would have better luck moving back to aol atleast i would get online......

Browsing is really, really slow today, some sites are refusing to even load, anyone having simular problems, wherever you are?

Still noticabley slow browsing on all websites i've visited, but when i download a file i'm getting transfer rates of around 700KB/s

My connection has been dead since 13:00. Before that it was really slow. Pages like ebay wouldn't load properly.
i'm on 10mb and live in Queen's park. I noticed that on the modem, the light below 'Send' hasn't been flashing. could it be an upload issue with NTL? i've had NTL for about 4 weeks and am not happy at all with the service. Most of the time I don't get even close to 4Mb/s. Why the hell do they sell 10mb broadband service if they can't deliver it?:mad: i'm seriously thinking to cancell it tomorrow and return to BT. I never had an issue with my 2MB broadband with AOL. |

well i called out a ntl tech for tuesday, as my tv has been acting up as well
