A Huge thank you.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to Jill at NTL and also a huge word of thanks to go to Chris W of this board. NTL rang me as they said they would regarding my billing issue and it is now resolved. Very quickly and extremely efficiently well done all, you do a wonderful job here many thanks. |

If only NTL had more Jill's working for them!
I would have stayed with them! NTL suck big style, it's because of staff like Jill that NTL seem to struggle on if you ask me! Maybe the big chiefs at NTL should look at this, if they ever read these posts that is! AND IF THEY DO GIVE HER A PAY RISE! |

I totally agree with your gratitude to this lady, but why did you have to come to this forum to ask for help and to get someone special at NTL to sort it out, surely this problem should have not arisen in the first place ?

I think it's the nature of the beast - call centre environment just encourages people not to give a stuff and see it as a 9-5 job. Those who genuinely care are in the minority and it's pot-luck as to whether you speak to them or not. I guess this forum offers a slightly more direct route to those can and will help.
