ntl+ sonic selector

has anyone managed to use this since they upgraded music manager to media bar.
i can't get the thing to work.now every time i try to download a song it comes up with download error 1.
i've tried emailing there tech dept but didn't get a reply.

Yes. I struggled for weeks, but finally shut down my firewall and it worked!(Not recommended but at least it worked)
