10meg in Chertsey Surrey, - keeps dropping - any area issues
 

Hi

Over the last week my connection in Chertsey, Surrey has been up and down. Came home today, ready light off modem. Repowered, same issue. Left for 30 minutes, came online. The connection keeps fluctuating. I have a newish Black NTL cablemodem, about 6 months old.

Is there an area issue. I have a 10meg area issue. Tried to ring NTL but 112 people in the queue, so thought I'd post here to see if anyone else is in simialar boat
