Does anyone on this forum have this router? 3com 3CRWE754G72

I just bought it today and i have a huge problem with it.

I try to connect one computer with NTL broadband, but its no possible.

When a cabel modem and PC areconnected to the router i can't ping the router to change the settings. I can do it only when the modem is disconnected and after pc reboot. Why?

Ive change the firmware to 1.31

I dont know what to do.
