Congestion?
 

I am seeing some major loss/congestion at
gfd-bb-b-so-400-0.inet.ntl.com - 62.253.185.98 which is seemingly providing a mixture of swinging performance, and sometimes even dropping packets (I assume)

This is new behaviour and whilst download throughput etc seems relatively unaffected it is making my normally appalling gaming insufferable.

Is there any way of reporting this via email to NTL?

I wouldnt bother e-mailing them, you'll never get a reply. Your best bet is to talk to CS in the morning.
