Netguard problem

I have been using Netguard for a few weeks and it seems to be fine ,until now.
For some reason the update has failed to work. It goes through the update routine then announces a failure to update and to contact support.
At thier present cost of contacting them I am loathe to do so.

Re: Netguard problem

Save yourself the first call -

try uninstalling, reboot and re-install see if that cures the problem first!

Ok! Will try the uninstall/reinstall route first.
Thanks.

This gets more annoying.....
Tried the Netguard uninstaller, brief flash of 'something',then...nothing, its still there!
Tried deleting the ntl folder (in safe mode),got the message, "unable to delete AVCntxtR.dll access denied." (Due to safe mode?)

Tried to reinstall over the top, error 1607 "Unable to install Installshield, scripting runtime error"

Tried using 'add/remove programs' no response!

Hi, the best way around this netguard problem is to uninstall it completely, then forget about it :D ... I had problems with it too, so did my mates.
