On Demand - Pompey vs Arsenal

Just booked this not having heard that the match was cancelled. I watched it for about 3mins before finding out that the match was cancelled.

Will I be charged for this ?

They should pick up on this and although they will have charged they should credit back.

In the event that they do not customer service will have no issues applying a credit.

PPV events in most cases arent charged unless you've been watching it for over 10 minutes

I'm not sure if NTL will refund on this one if you watch outside this period.
