Does NTL have a Time Server (NTP/SNTP)?

Hi - I'm looking for the IP of a Time Server. Does NTL have one?

(...as I believe you're meant to use one close to you) - Thanks.

On NTL the time.cableol.net one works, i find it more reliable to use the IP for some reason however which is: 194.168.4.76
