Re: samsung on demand code

You could try 0000 or the last 4 digits of your smart card. If this does not work faults are open on a Sunday. I think they open 10 - 4 but don't quote me on it.

:) Unless the tech asked you what pin you would like try 0000 if this does not work you will have to ring up and get ti reset ;)

Pin is the last 4 digits of your Smartcard on Sky tho I dont think its the same on NTL

Re: samsung on demand code

Then the last 4 digits of the smart card being your pin must be a Belfast thing then, its what most of the techs here use.

Re: samsung on demand code

should the on demand code be the same code as for reading tv email? My tv email pin was the same, but then I got the nice new samsung box and the default pin for on demand..?

Re: samsung on demand code

The defaults in general are 1234, 1111 for Bromley usually, and 0000 / 1234 for Langley. I am not aware of the pin ever being automatically set to the last 4 digits of the smart card number.

If none of these codes work, call Customer Services or Faults ASAP on 0800 052 2000. Give them a call, its quicker than guessing.

TV email PIN tends to be the same for On Demand and Email.

Hope that helps.
