Router logs

My router log show incoming activity, on and off for about a week now, from a NTL customer, on different ports.

It's annoying me now, so can I go ask NTL to investigate it?

you can send an email to abuse@ntlworld.com (the address is i think) put some of your router logs in that email aswell is it a customers ip consistantly the same one ?
