Video editing/cutting help
Hello all,
Just a quick question I want to extract a small area of a video file and use it as an avatar (after converting to GIF) For instance, in this video sequence out of "Contact", I want to cut out the bit in the middle (the machine rotating sequence), but how? I extracted that paticular part of the movie as an avi file, but obviously it's the whole picture, http://www.uoforums.com/deimos/crop.jpg |
Re: Video editing/cutting help
A few options you can try:
1) I use VirtualDub all the time to edit my Suzi Perry vids for the website. You can "Crop" the video like shown on http://nickyguides.digital-digest.com/vdub-filters.htm (see Britney Spears Video image) 2) How many Frames is the GIF going to be? You could use Full AVI & Screen Cap the Frames & cut the section you want in PaintShop Pro.... |
