Very happy with my new 10mb BB
 

Very happy with my new 10mb BB:tu: , I know there where a few problems with ntl bb the other day but apart from that I am happy with it very fast speed I connected the modem direct via the ethernet cable direct to my pc, Also i know that some time's you get put through to some muppit in customer service:o: but most of the time 98% of the staff know there stuff & are ok:cool: when i phoned up the otherday to upgrade me and they guy on the phone have a right laugh:p: and after the call i went upstairs to my office and the speed was already upgraded so then i went on to the microsoft wmv-hd site to do a test download and i got max speed no problem, So i am happy with the service before i lived in a ntl area i had a bt line and cr*ppy aol that kept cutting off all the time:mad: but since i had ntl broadband i have never had no problems, I only need a ntl service guy out once but he was here within 45min of makeing the call but that was a tv problem:tu: ,

So for the people who say they got big broadband problem try living some where with 60 year old phone cables and bb that cuts out all the time that's what i had before i moved home 6 months ago

me too :D
after some problems with a older modem, i got the new one and have full 10MB. oh so fast its sexy :D cant say ive noticed bad speeds either :D

prob in a low cut area, maybe 1 or 2 has the 10mb, lol

Easy to be negative when under 2 meg performance on a 10meg connection is defined as normal load. So I would guess if an area performs good at peak time its undersubscribed.
