NTL 3MB and Netgear RP114
 

When using these the RP114 and p2p i can never get any good speeds up or down, ive tried static routes an puting my computer as the DMZ but never with any luck

any ideas?

Have tried p2p without the router?

The general trend around here seems to be poor p2p performance full stop! Btw, I don't use p2p - just surfing, email and occasional demo download.
