Can you access this site?

I get a 100% loss when I ping and i'm unable to access. Is it just my NTL connection or the site?

well I tried it with Firefox & Internet Explorer, with & without setting a proxy, and it won't display.

- pings fail, but a tracert works - 19 hops & a lot of lag, but that rules out a a dns problem, so it looks like the site???

Thanks, thought it may have been my ntl proxy or something!
