New 12 month contract when upgrading broadband?
Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade an existing broadband package to at least the 1Mbit unlimited one, but will only be in the country for another 3 or 4 months, so I don't want to be lumbered with a new 12 month contract. I've searched the various NTL terms & conditions but can't find anything about how upgrades work with regard to contracts/costs etc. Anybody else done this before?

Changing between packages is allowed once every 30 days - you won't be signing a new 12-month contract. However, your original 12-month term will still apply (if this has not yet expired).
Hope this helps! :) |
