Euronews language selection problem
 

Hi

Tonight when I was trying to watch Euronews, the little red dot in the corner of the screen did not appear. So it was not possible to select from the 3 languages on offer in order to listen to Euronews in German - which is one of the main reasons I chose Telewest! (Sad but true...)
I get the red dot on BBC and other channels and it works fine for interactive viewing as usual, so it is just Euronews that is not functioning at present for this. Please could someone tell me what is happening, whether it is an Euronews problem or something to do with Telewest - I really miss watching my TV in German!
