data protection request - for info

Hi there,
I have an ongoing billing dispute with ntlworld and need access to my
account records to help my case.

Does anyone know who i need to contact in NTL for a dump of all my personal data held on their system?

If you phone ntl they should be able to give you the name and address, there is a fee payable, about £10 I think

Don't bother phoning them, it's a waste of time. You are making a formal request under an existing statute - as such you need to keep a record.

Send your request in writing.
