Hi all

Well that's it I am finally leaving NTL.

It's been good but things have come to a head.

Last month NTL kindly offerred me 3 months half price BB after a number of problems, very kind but I knew it would come to nothing. The person said at the time 'do not worry again I can Guarantee your next bill will be for the reduced amount' and fool me I beleived them...............my bill arrived today for the full amount and I just give up I can not be brothered any more it's just to much hassle.

Yeah, don't leave CF just 'cos you're leaving NTL. If everyone did that there would be nobody left here to offer sage advice to their customers. :D

I could never leave this forum because there are to many good people here :)

I am just so annoyed that I have been let down again by NTL .....who promised me something then just failed to do !
