Right whats happening on the NTL network have noticed lots of people getting disconnected on the network.

Is there a problem refreshing IPs, good reason for the question its happening to me now .

Ah. Does that explain why I have come home two nights out of three and had to recycle the power on the STB and the router to re-establish a connection?

I have been getting this a lot, have to go to my router admin and do release/renew before I get any net connection

Been a bit of work up there this week, so if this carries on over the next few days drop me a PM with your IP and I'll see if anything obvious crops up. What routers are you all using?

Linksys BESFR41, this has been happening for a while for me, perhaps a couple of months on and off ( usually in blocks of a few days )

If you are having these problems are you on set top box or SACM also area

i am on STB, tbh i hadnt reported anthing cos when i asked on here when it first started noone else seemed to be having problems, plus the fact that it isnt every day. I had put it down to some maintenance, or that my router was just playing up a bit ( well it has been on non stop for about 2 years, so its getting a tad warm LOL )
