Cancel Order

Recently NTL phoned and my mum answered. He was offering digital TV for an extra £5 a month. And as we have 2 NTL bb connections in the house. She said the person to speak to is me.

So the next time they rang i spoke to them and thought yeah that sounds good ill go for that.

So i thought ill be paying £30 a month. But they said the new bill will be £39.99 and they will be installing the 24th. I think there are setting it up in my mums account. But i dont want that. Can i cancel and re-order?

Re: Cancel Order

As long as they have not installed it then yes you can cancel, However from experience they will prob still turn up on the day to do the install and if they do then refuse to let him install it and inform him/her the order had been cancelled then call up and re-order would be the best thing to do!

EDIT: scrap that, acording to your age your only 17 years old so NTL will not install anything in our name as you have to be over 18!

No you need to phone up and cancel and I doubt there will be a charge, you may however get a charge if you let them turn up and dont let them in

Re: Cancel Order

You only get charged if you miss a fault call NoBody In.
New customers are not charged if they miss the call as they do not have a billing account set up at that point.

£10 is the going rate appparently
