Bush's visit to the North East
Oh joy oh joy. The imperialistic highest authority, the biggest dumbass on the face of the earth....errr well behind Saddam and Bin Laden. Is to visit the North East as a guest of Tony and cherie. The good people of Sedgefield get to see a world leader. Sedgefield is a farming community these people have more of an IQ than this world leader.
I for one am going to protest, I will be there. The US security coming here to protect him can be as heavy handed as they like, I am English I am in England unless I am a threat to the president tehy have NO authority over me. If holding a placard stating Bush is a war monger is a threat to his life then I'm a...........Monkey hangers uncle ;) How do you all feel about the impending visit of DUBYA? will you protest, will you just get on with it? I admit I am going to protest because I have nothing better to do, although it is something I do beleive in, I am doing it to be a pain in the arse really. |

George W. Bush is the President of the USA, he should be welcome to visit anywhere he chooses in the UK. We are an ally of the USA, we share a common history and regard for freedom. I for one would regard a visit of a US President to Harrow as marvellous, no other president of the USA ever has. If a US president is visiting the north east isn't that a good thing for the region, even northern Ireland and why not? Let him have the chance to meet and chat with ordinary folk if that's possible, though I daresay security personnel wouldn't like it, can't do any harm. |

Re: Bush's visit to the North East
Maybe someone should point out to Mr Blair that we in the North West DO NOT want Mr Bush to come here (but Blair doesnââ‚ƚ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t seem to give a s**t what the member of the public want)
