quick question

Guys,

has any1 noticed that on the mainpage of NTL they are advertising for the 10 meg £34.99 and if you go through the upgrade it is still saying £37.99 and on the bill I received its still saying £37.99

is this a mistake on NTL's part or is it again something to p*ss off the old customer?

It went upto £37.99 last year and is due to come back down to £34.99 sometime soon.

True Darth, but then explain why they say it here for 34.99 and if you go through upgrade then it says 37.99 I would still say that its something to "lure" new customers whilst existing customers still have to pay 37.99

Re: quick question

It might just be that part of the site hasn't been updated yet.

For example part of the system I use still lists 600K and 1MB for bus custs when they actually get 750K or 1.5MB.

Then again I haven't checked my bill recently to see what my charge is now.
