NTL Belkin router dropout

I have a recurring problem with my Belkin Wireless G-Router. I have NTL 10Mb broadband connection. It is connected to my PC and I use the wireless connection with a laptop. The problem is that the wireless router loses its connection periodically, with no clear reason. I reset it by unplugging & reconnecting the power cable, and it then works fine - until the next time it crashes.
When it crashes the wireless and broadband lights go out, and the power light goes to orange (from green).
Is this being caused by interference, or some other fault - or just a dodgy router? I bought the Belkin about 6 weeks ago.

if you got it from pcworld my advice is to take it back and replace with a linksys wireless G router like I did, belkin is in my opinion utter unreliable rubbish. I know from bitter experience.
