cable router and a wireless router
 
i currenty have my desktop connected via a wired router but in the future i plan to get a lap top and connect the laptop with no wires. what would be the best way to connect the new laptop wireless but keep the desktop wired ?

you can either:

a) get a Wireless Access Point and connect that to the wired router

or

b) sell the wired router, buy a wireless router - most wirless router have up to four wired ports as well as the wireless ability.

wow i thought it was gonna be harder than that so its just a case of purchasing a wireless router nice one m8
