Another NTL billing Blunder
 

Oh for christ sake

I was just typing to my mate saying what a good deal I got when suddenly it occured to me i`m being fleeced for 2 lots of Phone line rental.

I had 10 meg broadband, and a free phone line for one year, I rang to cancel my phone line but instead ended up taking 2x TV Box`s with them instead :D

Anyway, I took this deal because the chap gave so good a discount (basically get the 2nd box free) but looking through my bill it states:

1 Family £30.00
1 Add Set Top Box £15.00
1 Credit additional STB 15.00 CR
1 Telco Only Line Rental £10.50 <-------->

Now I only have 1 phone line and i`m paying £30.00 a month for the family tv pack and what i can remeber i pay the phone line in with the tv package don`t I?

Can someone competent sort my account out? I could do without ringing NTL yet again :td:
