wrong bills!!
for the past few months i started recieving very large bills from ntl. there were numbers on it i dont even know .octobers bill came in at £279.78 then novembers at £356.49 decmbers was £234.56 . i rang the 'ever helpful' cs centre and told me thias was correct i told them they were talking rubish and demanded to speak to the supervisior the repsonse was from him ' we can assure you that the bill is correct we have a hi tech billing system which has 99% accurecy' so i took the phone out the socket didn't make one call for that month so i thought id be charged 10.50 for line rental and 19.50 for family pack oh no!! the bloody bill was £478.90 this was yhe last straw i rang cs they asked for my account no. the response was hello mrs campbell. my name is carey !!! i told them the problem and said if it is not sorted will cancel the contract so they said we will get it sorted mrs campbell ' i told them this was not my name and then thye put me on hold for 25min then a supervisiour came on saying iwas being charged fo this other customer!! excuse ' problem with billing system' so much for 99%accurcy!! they said they would credit the bill but iam still waiting !!! absoulute disgrace i used tothink highley od ntl but no more seriouly thinking about good old btand sky!!:mad:
