Cannot modify the first email address!

HI

Of all the 15 allocated email address's that we have been given with NTL, I cannot modify one of them. Does anybody know why or how to change this?

The first email address is the main address associated with your NTL account. You are able to change this, but you have to ring NTL to do it

I did ask their customer service about it but was told to ask the tech support people. Thought I would ask here first.

Thanks for your reply. I will do that.

You can do it online, here: https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/chguid

Or by calling Technical Support

Tech support....

They have (or did have when i was there) a process in place for migrating an email address from a disconnected (in your case sacm) account :)

Just tried the link, but it wont let me change anything, say various stuff like invalid details/password/ and-or email address.

I'll ring them in morning, see if that can be done over the 'phone.

Welcome back to CF Marky, good to see you here full time now:tu: :)
