Cable modem on the blink
 

Hi everyone, for a while now my cable modem has been havin trouble, about 2 or 3 times a day i have to turn it off then back on again because the cable light keeps going out, just wondering if anyone else is having any problems?

Which modem are you using, I am only familiar with the 100,120,200 and 250, sorry if its not one of them.

my modem keeps cuting out. the ready light and sync keeps going from a still to a flash. therefor meaning i dont have a connection. this happens 2-3 times a day

It's a terrajet 210, does it sound like the modem? Might try ringing CS :erm:

o i 4got 2 say my modem is a ntl 250.
