Updating website (File does not update)

I am having major problems updating my website. When I try to upload an updated version of a Word file that already exists on the website, the file does not get updated!!!!!:mad::mad::mad:

There are other files which do not update too.

I am using Netobjects Fusion 9 to make my website. I have tried this to update the website and have also tried CuteFTProfessional to update the file but it still does not work.

Can somebody please help

If you're making the connection to the FTP server, and the files are getting uploaded, then they'll be the latest version on the site, there is no caching etc in place.

Check your client to make sure it is actually uploading the files?

Bear in mind that if you're checking a webpage for the updated files you may well have those documents cached in your browser.

Try doing a CTRL+F5 in IE and check it again.
