10mbit - £37.99 or £34.99
I read on here that the prices were going to change in JAN for 10mbit to £34.99. I di not mind paying the extra £10 a month for the better speed but my bill popped through my door today and Jan - Feb 2006 = £37.99 :(
Now I called up and the CS had no clue what I was on about, I then downgraded to 2mbit and asked some questions: 1. When is the prices coming down 2. Will I be double billed Yet again due to change of service Funny thing was - no-one was there, he had downgraded me and cut me off.. |

Erm it says early 2006
http://www.cableforum.co.uk/article/...rice-reduction Doesn't state begining of January so the price reduction is still likely to happen it's just there is no set date announced yet. |

"When does the price of the 10Mb service reduce from £37.99 to £34.99? The price will be reduced mid January. Bills for all 10Mb customers will be changed to reflect the price change from this point." ---------- Post added at 20:48 ---------- Previous post was at 20:47 ---------- Quote:

Re: 10mbit - £37.99 or £34.99
I also read jan but I noticed ntl updated their website to reflect the 1 and 2 meg going to unlimited but didnt update the 10meg price which struck me as odd. Considering the unlimited factor and I think 75gig cap is a bit on the low side and they are going to start testing cap enforcement soon I will probably be downgrading this week and not taking a chance if its 37.99 or 34.99.
