No internet connection?
Morning.
Anyone know if ntl was experiencing problems yesterday (8/1/6)? I started up my PC last night about 10:00PM only to find the cable modem wasn't connecting. It would do all the Knight-Rider flashy lights thing over and over but wouldn't establish a connection. Did all the switching off/on but to no avail. Tried ringing ntl but all I got was their standard "office hours are..." blurb. I'm in the SE London area. Ta! |

Is it OK now? There could be numerous reasons why it wasn't working, but it's most likely to be a fault local to you.
For the record, broadband technical support is open 8am-midnight seven days a week, but outside Customer Service opening hours you can only contact them on 0845 650 0121. The 0800 052 2000 number will give the opening hours otherwise. :) |

FWIW I'm also in SE London, flatley (Woolwich) and didn't notice any problems last night.
