Valid NTL IP addresses
ok on a STB i used to get an 82.2.x address
when i moved to a SACM i got an 82.1.x address now (after some feckin about with customer service after they cut me off!) i get an 86.8.x address anyone else getting this same IP range? i was told that the only 2 ip ranges for NTL BB were the 2 i listed above, and now ive got a new one randomly out of the blue. Have they added a few mroe IP ranges now they've got more customers? or have they put me on some gay connection? |
Re: Valid NTL IP addresses
Does your bb work. If so there is no reason to rant, so long as you do not get a 169.xxxxxxx you are ok. ALL ntl IP address give the same service there is no difference.

Re: Valid NTL IP addresses
NTL have quite a few address ranges. I'm on 82.5. at the moment, and have had other address ranges over the past couple of years.
Like SLM said, if it works what does it matter what the IP address actually is? |
Re: Valid NTL IP addresses
