SPAM and BLOCKED EMAILS

My First post hope in right place but this issue is so annoying because it effects Thousands of Genuine people not just on NTL but most ISP.
I belong to YAHOOGROUPS and Smartgroups mailing lists with membership to
many lists these are not Spam but seemingly treated as such by ISPS because our mail is being Delayed or no delivered for hours or even Days or bounced back to yahoo etc as SPAM our accounts are then blocked as unreachable , We have to reset them works ok for a while.
repeated emails by many of my members to there ISP has produced no result other than the Latest one from NTL they blame Yahoo yahoo blame NTL Result Stalemate and the mail situation is getting worse . what can we do to resolve this situation . we have nowhere else to turn , we are not spammers Spam is outlawed on our lists anyone sending is barred so how do get mail back to Normal
please can anyone help

Hi Tony,

Basically Yahoo! have had a fair few of their servers blacklisted by SORBS [for sending spam].

ntl: use SORBS and a number of other lists to reject email to try & reduce the amount of spam received by it's users.

Only Yahoo! can get their servers removed from the SORBS list and as soon as they are removed from the list there should be no problem sending email to ntl:.

HI

Thanks for that . I have to say Yahoo take no notice of our complaints
but we just cannot go elsewhere because this is effecting our other lists
as well . on Smartgroups even though they try to assist us . Typicly an email
posted to my list 0800 03.01. ARRIVED 0800 on 05.01 AS This means 250 members each get a copy they should all recieve it Well some Have not even yet . mail this eve is taking anything from 1 minute to well who knows when

i would tell your group to get themselves a free yahoo account as they are more reliable in any case

i only use ntl account to for stuff i dont care about
