Nothing legal that is discussed here.

Its a way of getting more speed from the modem. Ntl pick up on it very quickly and it really isn't a good idea to try it.

Uncapping is removing the speed limit imposed on your cable modem by your service provider, allowing it to run at very, very high speeds indeed. It is also completely illegal and will not be discussed on this forum. As I've answered your question, I am now closing this thread. :)
