just got my upgrade to 10meg and i want to make use of the 15 free photo's each month. Ive gone to the photobox on the website and uploaded some pictures.

all i need to know is how do i get my free prints?

Also I want to access the freeloader games which it says are free but everytime i click games it takes me to the subscription, i click that and it takes me to NTL home, i click subscription again and it takes me back to where i started. so how the hell do i access the games. Im already a 10mb customer, its stupid.

i had a look at the free prints you still have to pay £1.50 for postage meh.

I know there are problems with broadband plus at the moment if u get 10mb thru the ntl:250 modem...
