Telewest Internet Connection

Does telewest provide a limited use Internet Connection service
I don't use the internet that much Less than 20hrs a month

Is the a limited use sunscription dial up connection
I don't require 24/7 use.

Telewest, under their blueyonder banner, do offer dial up, currently £14.00 per month flat rate. I can find no pay as you go option.
