E-mail Not Logging In!

Ok, today I found my old disc of NTL Broadband installer v1.2! Anyways, Inside it was this manual and I wrote down all these things like my email address and password! So, I went onto the website to log in and well, it never worked. I tryed like 4times and still hasn't worked! I would like to make a new email address with NTL World! But, can someone make or tell me how to make a new one?

Thanks!

Sorry, me being dumb, but can you clarify if you are already using email & want an extra address, or have you never used it & want to set it up, now?

In that case you should be trying to set up the account in an email client, like outlook express or thunderbird ;)

Your username may be case-sensitive, Borderline, and your password almost certainly will be. Bear that in mind when trying to login.

Also, are you sure you're still on the same account as the one you opened with that disk and password? I say that because, thinking back, I've had two changes of broadband service (one when I signed up, another when I switched from STB to SACM) and several accounts when I was on dialup - everytime the account changes, so does the email address and password.

Another point - are you sure you never logged in and changed your password after signing up? A lot of people do, just to get something easier to remember than the randomly generated one you're given to sign up with.

Errm, I know I might sound stupid but, What is SACM?

See the Cable Forum Acronym Guide, BorderLine. Lots of other useful articles, too. ;-)

Contact CS/ TS to get it sorted out, when you say you set up an email account I take it you went through all the steps but have never used the account. Call CS as it only takes one letter to be written down wrong and things will not work at all.
What details (not user name or password for obvious reasons) are you using and what error message comes up. (copy and paste or just type the full error in here if possible).

If you've not used the address in over three months then it'd probably been deactivated. CS will be able to reactivate it, or you may be able to refresh it yourself by going to the following address and doing a null update (entering the same password three times):
