Downgraded - again!!
 

For the fourth time I've been 'accidentally' downgraded by NTL.

The first three times was from 3 meg to 1 meg. This time from 10 meg to 2 meg.

If anyone from NTL can shed any light as to why this keeps happening - I'd really appreciate it!

Have you spoken to anyone at ntl recently who has confirmed this downgrade? Does it appear to be occuring on any set day, coinciding perhaps with a billing cycle - just wondering if there is a dodgy computer file somewhere?
