3Com wireless router & AOL.

Hi everyone, I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this question - so apologies if it's not.

I have a 3Com wireless ADSL router/ modem and AOL as my ISP.

I have connected my desktop PC to the router via Ethernet, and I have a laptop, also with AOL, which has a wireless PCMCIA card.

Now, I can get online using both computers - however I cannot get online with both at the SAME TIME. And it's driving me mad. Even if I use a different AOL account to try and login I cannot get connected.

Can anyone help, or give some advice? I tried the AOL helpdesk, and the 3Com helpdesk - both weren't much help.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Looks like 3Com is not one of the supported products, link:

But, hopefully, someone here, or via this link:
http://www.adslguide.org.uk/qanda.asp?faq=DSLHardware

Will be able to advise you further, and get both your computers up and running at same time, I did it when I was on AOL, but used the netgear WG834G and matching card bought from the DSLwharehouse:

good luck
