Re: More then one connection in a house
Someone can correct me on this, but I believe asking for a second connection is hit & miss depending on who you talk to. I think it is possible but you have to be a charmer on the phone. ;)

If you want high quality speed, go for a 802.11g router which should be capable of performing either 54 or 108 Mbps, split upto 4 users, plenty of bandwidth for everyone.
Why pay £37 X 4?? |

Re: More then one connection in a house
We have 2 accounts and 2 connections here - but the engineer ran my connection of the existing connection's "white box" (don't know technical term).
Would this affect my 10Meg as I'm only hitting around 4 at the minute (on a terayon)? |
