User name problem
 

Hi all.
My problem is this...I`ve been trying to sort out and activate my webspace,I keep getting invalid username spam, I sometimes get this whilst trying to log onto e-mail too,iirc username is same as your e-mail, my set up is normal cable broadband going through a d-link router and a onboard gigabit lan network controller.

Your username is not your full email address, Threelions, it's the left hand part only i.e. the email address without @ntlworld.com

hi :welcome:

in order to access your NTL webspace you must use the user name & password you were allocated, when you were originally connected.

- if you have subsequently altered the details for your e-mail, it doesn't 'automatically' carry over to the webspace.

I you don't remember the details, it will mean a call to technical support, as they can reset them for you :)

Thx for the replies guys, and I didn`t use full e-mail addy just my name as it appeared in addy, all lower case and a . after my 1st name,as you can see i`ve had to start a 2nd account because...... guess the rest :(
