Help Needed With NTL Email
Hi,I Recently set up a Broadband NTL account yesterday for a pal & successfully also set up an email account, from which i sent an email to my own hotmail account successfully.
However... i'm not able to reply myself to his emails,as they all bounce back. i have tried from 4 different of MY accounts (My ISP Pipex,Hotmail,Yahoo & Gmail). All of which bounce back to me. if ntl is able to send, surely it can receive? or is NTL blocking everything for some strange reason? any ideas guys? his email is hisname@ntl.world (Obv i've changed the usernames) ,& here's the details of the bounced mail: This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: username@ntl.world Technical details of permanent failure: PERM_FAILURE: DNS Error: Domain name not found ----- Original message ----- Received: by 10.70.109.14 with SMTP id h14mr873360wxc; Fri, 16 Dec 2005 05:12:22 -0800 (PST) Return-Path: <username@googlemail.com> Received: from bjsruue98xqmu4 ( [81.86.129.11]) by mx.gmail.com with ESMTP id i39sm4548102wxd.2005.12.16.05.12.21; Fri, 16 Dec 2005 05:12:22 -0800 (PST) Message-ID: <000c01c60242$5974ed10$0b815651@bjsruue98xqmu4> To: "my mate" <username@Ntl.world> Subject: test Date: Fri, 16 Dec 2005 13:12:19 -0000 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="----=_NextPart_000_0009_01C60242.581B2970" X-Priority: 3 X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1437 X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1441 From: "Me" <username@googlemail.com> This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0009_01C60242.581B2970 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="Windows-1252" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable test ------=_NextPart_000_0009_01C60242.581B2970 ----- Message truncated ----- |
