Current upload caps?

What are the upload caps for each service now?
I thought the 2mbit service was 200kbps, internetfrog.com, measured my upload at around 100kbps????

1mbit = 100kbps
2mbit = 200kbps
3mbit = 300kbps
10mbit = 512kbps

You're confusing the word 'cap' with 'upstream speed'. A 'cap' is a maximum amount down- or uploaded in a specific period of time - 3GB, 30Gb, etc. :)

But that's not really the way we use 'cap', is it? Throttle, maybe - but not cap. :confused:
