Telewest deleted my mailbox
 

Just a warning to anyone moving house.
I moved last Friday and Telewest moved my TV, Phone and Internet sevices on Saturday. After the installers had gone I tried to check my e-mail, but kept getting asked for my password, I know that their has been problems with Blueyonder e-mail recently so thought it was just that.
On Sunday it still would not log into my e-mail and I tried the selfcare webpage where it said my account had been suspended, now after 4 phonecalls totaling about 2.5 hours I have been told that my mailbox transfer failed and my mailbox has been accidently deleted!!!
They have told me they should be able to get it back, but I am still waiting after 5 days!!

sense i had my broadband i nerver used my email account i have with them
i use freeserve email instead :D
