First the basic check:

You have completely unplugged the old PC, then plugged the new PC to the STB (no wires from the old one still connected to the STB) and rebooted (power off / on) the STB then switched on the new PC.

How do you connect the old PC, USB or ethernet?

You should only need the ntl disk if you connect with USB as the disk has the USB drivers.

When the new PC is booted up, what happens if you type "start:ntl" in the Internet Explorer address box?
